After two decades of providing industry-leading construction management, Dan Tannhauser had a vision. Create a new construction company that aligned with his own values of integrity, quality, and service. In 2013, he formed TANNCO  Construction, Inc., a Chicago-based full service General Contracting firm that specializes in commercial interiors. 

TANNCO Construction has built a solid reputation by providing a full range of general contractor, construction management, and pre-construction services. From project inception including site analysis and selection, through project closeout and commissioning, the TANNCO team treats their clients as an extension of their own family, bringing personal service and a dedication to quality to each endeavor. 

Whether the project is 5,000 or 500,000 square feet, office space or a warehouse, TANNCO’s clients will benefit from a thoroughly consistent approach and solid execution built upon meaningful communication, flawless administration, non-stop service, and financial assurance. Progress updates are sent at the end of each week from the field to our customer's inbox. These updates include a summary and photos of the week's activities as well as a brief look-ahead schedule for upcoming key dates and critical milestones. In addition, all daily communications are reviewed by TANNCO ownership for general oversight, response, and to confirm the quality of the work meets TANNCO standards.
